The all natural face mask: Kaolin
Kaolin is a cosmetic grade, soft and natural clay mask that exfoliates skin, removes impurities, and gets rid of all the dead skin cells from the skin's surface. I use it once a month, but if you have time it is best to use once a fortnight. If you’re up for it, leave a Kaolin face mask for 20 minutes for best results, you might feel a little itchy but this it just means that it's working.
The easy face mask: Biore 1 Minute Self Heating Charcoal Mask
This is another great face mask, it's a self-heating mask that contains activated charcoal. Activated charcoal has countless amazing benefits, and one thing for sure it does is it brings out any impurities and deeply cleanses the skin. If you don't have the time in the world to wait for 20 minutes, then this is the facemask for you as you only leave it on for just one minute!
The one for hot yogis: Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Mask
It is what it’s called, a hydrating mask. I use it once a week and leave it on the skin for 20 minutes. I do Bikram hot yoga in 42 degree heat and I find that my face gets really dry, so to hydrate my face from the surface and deep down with the use of this Hydration mask.
